All attendees are required to register and to pay the appropriate registration fee in order to participate in any capacity at the conference.

Requirement of Paper Presentation
  1. In principle, at least one of the authors must register by August 15, 2019 in order for their abstracts to be included in the program.
  2. For authors presenting multiple papers, one registration is valid for one presentation.
  3. Only the papers presented at the conference will be considered for the journal publication.

  • Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
  • Please confirm your payment receipt provided by your card vendor.
  • Participants can make payment on any browser in WINDOWS. Except WINDOWS, other PC environments (ex. MAC OS) are not possible due to the security program installation

  • Please note that fee has to be transferred under the registrant’s name.
  • Bank charge for remittance should be paid by the registrant.
  • A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should send to the secretariat (

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

An automatic confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion of registration. You may also download the receipt at “My Page” after logging into the online registration system. ※ Please note that the receipt could be downloaded after your payment is confirmed by the secretariat.

Invitation Letter for Visa Application

An official invitation letter is available at “My Page” after participants have completed the registration. This personal invitation is intended to facilitate travel and visa arrangements for registered participants. Visa applications are the sole responsibility of participants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • For cancellations, a request letter by e-mail( is required.
  • Please note that all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount and all approved refunds will be processed after the conference.
  • Registration fees will be refunded according to the following policy.
